Good morning, 52 year old 6 weeks left until a full year period. I currently take a thyroid support supplement and Adrenal pro supplement and vitamin B complex for the past 13 years. I am suffering from the menopausal symptoms of severe joint pain, inflammation, Frequently waking in the night and 3 days a month of emotional ups and downs. I have the IC pad, what can you recommend for these symptoms ? Since I’ve never had a hot flash, so not suffer from vaginal concerns and no brain fog I would like a compliment to the regime that’s been working for me.
