Pin, if taken together, it would be equivalent to taking one complex with 18 ICs in it. For some people, large complexes work well, but overall, we recommend using smaller complexes when you're just starting out. Therefore, if you have two complexes, each with 9 ICs, you can take them one after the other, with a 10-minute interval in between.

Anton SF is there a way to understand if big complexes are no good for me?what are syntoms?eventually if I feel good can I take a 18ic complex?thank you

Pin, it is also important to begin with smaller, simpler complexes (e.g., 3-5 ICs) and gradually increase, monitoring how you feel. Large complexes can be overwhelming for some users due to the number of ICs being processed by the body simultaneously. If your body tolerates it well and you experience positive change, it’s possible to use larger complexes, for example, one with 18 ICs, and then see how that works for you.

It’s important to listen to your body’s signals and adjust accordingly.
Pin, if large complex is okay for you, then effectiveness for you would be about the same if you use large complex or smalll ones with 10 minutes break.

I'm new to this treatment modality and I don't know enough about it to be critical of its potential in restoring wellbeing to ill people. An observation that I've made concerning likes on downloaded IC's is that the likes for the most part are usually less than 10-15% for both IC's and complexes, which seems low. Would I be wrong to use this as a measurement of efficacy of this modality of treatment or imprinting in general. I'm very... 查看更多

Would I be wrong to use this as a measurement of efficacy of this modality of treatment or imprinting in general. I'm very intrigued by this mode of treatment and do not discount empirical evidence.
Thomas Stevenson it's great that you're exploring imprinting with an open mind. IC effectiveness varies based on individual health and sensitivity. Some users may find an IC effective without leaving feedback, while others experiment quietly. Number of likes mean how many people saved that particular IC/Complex into their liked folder, it does not reflect its efficiency.
