Hi Anton, When I plug the Pad into my laptop using the jack the blue/red light doesn't stay on - it just flashes, then goes off. The Power light stays on though. When I use the bluetooth transfer to the Pad from the iPad the blue/red lights stay on the entire time of the transfer.
Can you please advise?
Also, can I put the Pad on top of a water container (instead of under it) to do a transfer? Or does the water source have to be on top of the... 查看更多

Michelle LaPrise, when using audio cable, please make sure audio volume is set to maximum level on your laptop. Also, you can check second video on this page for particular settings for your laptop (MacBook or windows): https://www.infopathy.com/en/tutorials/devices?show=glowing3&source=web

Thomas Stevenson , yes, you can use GlowPad with other devices and generators, just make sure they output low intensity signal, similar to audio signal that phones/laptops output.

Thomas Stevenson , you can use external generators. GlowPad with emit lights with frequencies up to 20kHz (if signal intensity is sufficient) and coil in the GlowPad is not limited in its frequency range. I have not used spooky devices, but overall familiar with specs.
