Hello Infopathy Team, is it possible to imprint my hot raw cocoa with the mushroom imprint. How about temperature of drinks and imprinting ? Can I use the IC Hummer on hot cups? Thank you again :)
Hello Anton, thank you very much for your explanation. I read up on the discussions here last night and am curious to see what I can achieve. The exchange with you here is helpful and respectful. Great team! I will share my experiences here and probably ask a few more questions if I don't find them answered here already! Many, many thanks!
Alena , when it comes to imprinting, it's important to use a beverage that is at room temperature or cooler (up to 30C or 86F). The reason for this is that when liquids are hot, their molecules have a lot of energy and move around too much, making it difficult for the imprint to hold effectively.
So, for your hot raw cocoa, you need to let it cool down to at least room temperature before using the mushroom or any other imprint.

Also, we don't recommend placing transfer devices on hot objects (above 40C or 104F), as it may damage the electronics.
