My Ic pad no longer connects via Bluetooth. I have followed your recommendation to restart etc, I have done this with my phone and tablet and it will not connect. I can connect with the audio cable, but I really like the freedom of the Bluetooth. Thank you. The device is fairly new.

FIRST, imprint & drink IC water like Migraine 30 minutes before or after Happy Water (Fear), Purification of Emotion, Muscle & Mental Relax to address mental/ emotional tension
THEN run PEMFs like Trauma Vagus Sympathetic first, then Muscle Relax and Whole Body and Spine Chiropractic, (Happy Belly - gut-brain connection) and finally, Headache Remedy/ Ease for your migraine

If what ever caused the migraine was associated to an underlying trauma of some sort your autonomic nervous system might have been triggered and responded to the perceived threat and body armoured with tension as a response. These responses are involuntary and triggers often escape our conscious awareness. This is where pyschodynamic exploration can be helpful. Mindfulness is a good starting point and Somatic Experiencing and EMDR can go a long way to facilitate shifts.
