I love this one already. I've been using it all day (I believe it is this IC's first day) and have been feeling better than usual, less fatigued and foggy. Cheers!
Hi Anna, you can consider Fluoride IC: https://www.infopathy.com/en/infoceuticals/fluoride
In case of teeth grinding in sleep you can consider some ICs related to better sleep and relaxation, for example: https://www.infopathy.com/en/combinations/super-sleep-plus-cbd
Anton Sheikh-Fedorenko, thank you! It's not grinding, but thanks anyway. I've been looking for other solutions than fluoride, and found super helpful toothpastes with Hydroxyapatite - a substance that's naturally part of the enamel. There are some research on it as well. Something to consider for a new IC?
Anna, try the silica ic . Horsetail and diatomaceous earth are great sources of silica and my patients notice their teeth feel stronger right away taking those two supplements. So I am trying the silica IC to see how it works. But it is an option other than flouride. :)
Melissa, great, thank you! I love horsetail and feel it will assist! Do you know the difference between the Silica IC and the Horsetail IC? Also, I didn't find a diatomaceous earth IC so I suppose you mean a physical supplement :)

Anna, I don't think there is a Diatomaceous earth IC - I was looking for it when I came across this one. But I find myself and patients feel their teeth enamel harden when they take it, so I thought I would mention. I don't think it is the only issue with teeth, but defiantly part of the puzzle. I think the silica IC is made from a horsetail imprint also, so not sure the difference there. :)
