bottom-up approach:
How well do you sleep?
How do you choose you food?
How do you eat, especially when you have craving?
How regularly do you exercise/ move your body? Do you enjoy moving your body?
How often do you stretch your body?
How do you incorporate bites of quick movement sessions into my daily life?
top-down approach:
What’s your tendency towards scarcity or abundance?
Do you have clutters in your home/ garage/ car?
How’s your relationship with yourself?
How’s your relationship with Source/ Universe/ God?
last but not least:
ARE YOU WILLING TO TRANSFORM YOUR MINDSET AND LIFESTYLE TO UPGRADE YOUR LIFE HOLISTICALLY?
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO TOWARDS ALL OF THE ABOVE?
