Interested in stating that water should be taken in small sips during the day. What maximum quantity is recommended when sipping?

Monica Monroe, The idea of sipping the water slowly during the day allows the body time to absorb the new information it is receiving and allows for the full effect of the informational energy. If you listen to your body it will tell you what is enough as you will forget to sip some water. Taking these remedies should not be work it should be relaxed and easy.
