Ligita, 네, PEMF IC의 경우 가장 좋은 방법은 신체에 직접 적용하는 것입니다. 하루에 몇 번 사용할 수 있는지에 대한 제한은 없습니다. 동일한 PEMF IC를 매일 1~2회 사용하는 것이 좋습니다. 매일 하는 것이 좋으며, 어느 날은 5번, 다른 날은 0번 한다. 일관성이 중요합니다.
