I am trying to cut out coffee from my daily routine and itโ€™s taking a toll on me. I am having withdrawal symptoms and terrible migraines. Any specific remedies for this?

Sabrina, caffeine withdrawal can be tough, especially the migraines - thatโ€™s one of the most common symptoms people experience.

Well, itโ€™s been 2 years since I last commented on this miraculous PEMF and happy to report that the sub clinical hypothyroidism has stayed away. My TSH has dropped to 1.8 now, Iโ€™m so delighted. I still try and use it every evening, just place it on my throat area whilst watching the news. Once again, thank you so much, itโ€™s really changed my life.
