Hello Anton, I've been taking cortisone for over 18 months for polymyalgia rheumatica. I'm currently tapering off the cortisone; what do you recommend to make the process as smooth as possible? I'm currently taking 4 mg per day. Also, is there anything I should do to support my adrenal glands? Thank you in advance.

Can you apply this PEMF to your forehead if you have a pacemaker?

Stephan Ohm, ย it should be aplied at least 10 inches (25cm) away from pacemaker, so directly to forhead is okay, as it is further then 10 inches.ย
