Martin Lee, good question! alcohol doesn’t erase IC frequencies (ICs can even be stored in alcohol-based tinctures), but it can blunt how your body responds. Some ICs like Methadone specifically advise avoiding use within 6 hours of alcohol, so spacing your IC sessions and drinking by several hours is best for effectiveness.

What is meant by 'If IC transfer time is less than 12 minutes, you will need to transfer it multiple times in a row to reach a minimum of 12 minutes' - which is written at the bottom of the Compare Transfer Devices page. Does this mean all transfers need to be 12 minutes or longer? I usually use the pre-set time for each IC.

Azadeh Stoelken, that only applies to Circuit IC Pad as it is weaker compared to GlowPap. When you select your transfer device the minimum transfer time (number of repeats) will be set automatically.
