My ic pad is not lighting up for this one. I tested another complex and that one seems to be fine. Any suggestions?

CEMP is a source or a target device? Can I use it with IC HUMMER? I have several PEMF device but how I can use it? Maybe imprinting water and drinking it while I am doing PEMF? Thanks Anton.
