My Glow Pad will not flash showing me it is imprinting. I have followed all the instructions. It is charged, it is connected with blue tooth, I press imprint and nothing. I thought I had it going fine but now it is not imprinting again. I need hepl.

I had a moderate amount of plaque show up on an ultrasound of my caratoid artery last March.
