몇 주 전부터 Infopathy를 휴대폰에 연결해서 사용할 수 없습니다. YouTube에서 음악을 재생할 때는 소리가 잘 나오고, 케이블을 분리한 상태에서 iCare 프로그램을 실행할 때도 소리가 들립니다. 하지만 Infopathy 프로그램은 작동하지 않습니다. 헤드폰을 사용해서 오디오를 재생해도 마찬가지입니다. 제 안드로이드 휴대폰은 5~6년 정도 된 제품입니다. 혹시 휴대폰이 문제일까요?
또한, 제 아이패드에 설치된 Infopathy 앱이 더 이상 실행되지 않습니다. 어떻게 업데이트해야 하나요? 도와주셔서 정말 감사합니다.
