Nerve damage happened close to or at my neck, but is affecting my hands. Where do you suggest I put the IC Pad?

Ruthie Gio, use the Nerve-end Cells generation once or twice daily on the neck area. Then, add a sessions on the hands to reinforce peripheral nerve support.

Ruthie Gio, when device is on and you click on the button, you select light mode - light will flash for 1 second and will turn off, just to show what light mode is selected. During transfer those lights should be working.

If selected lights are not working during transfer please try the following:

Please make sure audio volume is set to maximum level on your phone or laptop.

Anton SF Thank you very much - I've tried everything you suggested, with no success. However, the Glow Pad works (and is really helping!) for all other PEMFs, just not this one.
