I used a quality bass-balanced speaker and made sure the volume was at a level that was aesthetically audible without being interruptive to falling asleep. First time I've tried this and I fell asleep immediately. I am eager to try this again on continuous loop.

Hello Anton,
I have been having problems with indigestion + congested throat + reflux + severe constipation for several months; my intestine is congested and elimination rarely occurs.
I don't know if the absence of taste for some time now comes from the covid that I had 3 years ago.
In fact it's more and more discomfort.

The Glowing IC Pad contains led and herbs.
