Hi Anton!  Congratulations on the new device, the Glowing IC Pad 3!  Will the imprints be stronger with the IC Pad 3?  If so, how much stronger than the first and second generation IC Pads?  Thanks! /

Candace Milbry, thank you! :)  GlowPad 3 is about 3 times more potent than previous versions (1st and 2nd were about the same). But we are keeping the minimum recommended transfer the same - 2 minutes.

Hello, I keep reading about hologram stickers that are printed, what do they look like and where can you buy them?

We are very excited about the product and would like to offer it as a reseller in our area. Is there any information about this?

Hi Anton, how do you imprint onto these holographic stickers?  Once the frequency is imprinted, if you place the imprinted sticker on your body, how long does the frequency last?

Candace Milbry, you need to place a sticker on the transfer device and start transfer. Stickers last for 30 days, need to take them off when taking a shower.

Yvonne Kirnich, you can use regular holographic stickers found on Amazon, for example

I have access to the Smartphone app and enter the exact user and password as online and I get a message stating wrong name or password. What can I check to remedy this? Has the trials ended?

John M Kane, the subscription would not affect logging into the account. Please check that there are no spaces before and after the email and password and try again. Thank you! Otherwise, we can try to reset your password and then you can try again.

Anton SF I didn't know there was an Update to the App. I updated it just now and then was able to Login just fine. THANKS!
