Hi there. Just got my Glowpad and did my first water transfer! I created a complex made of 6 ICs, and plan to drink a few times a day as noted. Does that mean I have to imprint 3 separate bottles of water each day? Or do I just imprint one large glass bottle in the morning (for sake of example 18 oz bottle) and just drink a third of it mornin (6 oz), then afternoon, then night? Wanted to triple check the correct way.

Charlie Blower, you can imprint a single large glass bottle of water (e.g., an 18 oz bottle) in the morning with your complex of 6 ICs and then drink it through the day. It is best to drink on an empty stomach, at least 2oz each time.

Ariane,  red and infrared lights are recommended due to their anti-aging and healing properties. However, if the issue is acne, blue light might be more suitable.

Anton SF Thank you! Also, is it OK to combine PEMFs? I have combined Blood Flow Circulation, Circulation Support and Blood Detox PEMF together, using all at once. Will that still work?
