How to use (simple protocol):

Leider weiß ich noch nicht mehr als in dem Buch steht - war aber on Fire dass das wohl auch mir Infopathy gehen soll ?! :)

I imprint six times in morning water. Will do so for afternoon and evening. This definitely helps me control my eating. I also notice that I am more aware of putting healthy items into my body when I do eat. The other thing to note is if the intention is to eat to fuel the body for optimal performance, to come back into a healthy metabolic state as well as weight, this imprint works. It’s not gonna get you to starve yourself because that isn’t healthy. But it will suppress unconttolled cravings, eating and big portions.
