hello Anton is it possible to use Reverse Osmosis water that has salt added to it for imprinting? will there be sufficient minerals to carry the print? Thanks N

Hi Noel, yes, you can add mineral salt to your water, it should improve the storage time of imprinted water. You don't need to feel salt present in your water. If you don't add minerals to your water, then you can still use it, but I would suggest drinking right after imprinting, not storing for 3 days.

Hello, how do I use this program? Do I choose one of the six specified remedies or can I transfer all of them to one bottle of water by clicking on "transfer all at once". VG Frank

Hello Frank, for imprint complexes you have to use "transfer all at once", in this way all ICs contained are transferred to your water at the same time.

The glowing IC pad won't turn on. I turned the laptop volume at its highest, but the glowing IC pad still doesn't turn on. Please check. It looks like it's saved low when you send it. Look forward to hearing from you soon !! Thanks always~
