I just ran the audible for Neck and Shoulder tension. I think I’ve got some relief, but am wondering if all audibles sound like static with brief breaks? Or am I doing it wrong?
Hi Mikki, if you have such static/break sounds for audible, please try to close all other tabs in your browser and close all apps on your phone. Then start transfer and lock/turn off the screen usually by clicking the power button one time). It may help. Otherwise you can try using laptop. We are working on fixing that issue with paying audible, which seems to happen on some phones. You can provide your phone model here. Thank you!

Hi Sara, Circuit IC Pad may produce some sound but usually don't. You need to connect it via an audio cable to your phone or laptop -> select IC -> start Transfer -> make sure the audio volume is set to the maximum level on your phone. Then apply IC Pad to water or to the body directly - depends on what IC are you using.
