Hello, it's been about a month since I bought IC PAD and I'm very satisfied with it. Now when I soak my bottles the timer stops at 1 minute. I checked all the settings but nothing!? Can someone give me a solution? Tell me what to do? Thank you

BARREAU Brigitte, thank you for your feedback, very much appreciated! Does this happen with all ICs? If you use Safari or Firefox, please try using Chrome or Brave browser instead.

I'm sensitive to EMFs. Do you have a way for me to use a cable connected to the IC Hammer to do the transfers instead of using Bluetooth so I can plug into my hard-wired computer?

Deise, unfortunately IC Hummer does not support wired connection. You can imprint any IC into water instead or you can upgrade to GlowPad - if you would like to do so, please send us email at [email protected]
