I was wondering if I was to imprint stickers and not use them right away, and keep them in a dark pouch, how long would they be good for?

Cathy Scott, keeping the holographic stickers in a dark, dry pouch is an excellent practice to extend their shelf life. They should be good for at least 30 days (potentially many months)

Used after Rejuvenate and while giving myself a full-body power massager. Rejuvenate kicked in, and I began another step toward re-organizing my room and closet! This is the rhythm of remedy of curing my procrastination. YES!!!!

Takeaway: My body and mind are prepared to take on the task of decluttering my internal and external environment: My hoME.

Am I on the brink of creating a complex?!

I lost track of how many transfers I completed in one sitting, at least 2-3 on my back and then sternum. During the session, I was imagining my fascia being relieved that I was honoring their request for overdue support. I asked my body for forgiveness for neglecting it for so many years.

I continued sitting still for 20< minutes afterward. I felt some trigger point releases. I feel super relaxed but not sleepy. I’ll report back... See more

Immediately after this, I used my power massager for a full-body…I feel like a had a Thai Massage! I feel unwrinked inside, And, yes, pain is decreasing. My fascia feels happy!
