I am doing a weight release challenge with a group I am starting. ICs will be the predominate modality that we will use.
Can anyone share some of the ICs that have been most effective for you or that you've seen be most effective for others in releasing weight (and in keeping it off)?
There will be some men in the group, however the group will be majority women from 35-70 years--a wide age range.

We will give them other tips on diet and lifestyle / fitness to increase their results as well. However, if you have any tips for that, it would be greatly appreciated as well!
