Tongkat Ali, also known as Longjack, is an herbal remedy that comes from the roots of the Southeast Asian shrub, Eurycoma longifolia. It is rich in antioxidants, may act as an ergogenic aid, and has been used for hundreds of years in Southeast Asia to treat various conditions.
