Hi Anton SF how do these frequencies remove heavy metals? Do you need to take a binder after using them to fully rid the metals, or is the inverse frequency used destroying them on contact? Thank you!

Chris Kidawski, theoretically ICs would resonate with the vibrational frequencies of heavy metals in the body. These frequencies aim to disrupt the bond of heavy metals, promoting their release from tissues and making them easier to eliminate through the body's natural detox pathways.

However, while the frequencies may help mobilize heavy metals, they do not destroy them on contact. Typically, when heavy metals are released from tissues, they need to be safely excreted from the body. This is where binders come in - substances like activated charcoal, chlorella, or bentonite clay bind to the metals in the digestive tract, aiding in their elimination and preventing reabsorption.
Anton SF Thank you. This is a PEMF though. I've run all 3 PEMF's every day for 5 days. I did notice a benefit, but still am having issues with blood sugar. Should I redo the 5 days, but take some activated charcoal after doing the PEMF's?

LindaM, yes, you can try using IC water . For pairing with this PEMF , I recommend these two:

LindaM, yes, you can try using IC water . For pairing with this PEMF , I recommend these two:
• 沸石(斜發沸石) - chosen because its cage-like lattice is known for a broad, gentle affinity for positively charged heavy metals. As an IC, it’s used to support that same “bind and carry out” message.
• 改性柑橘果膠 - picked for daily use because it’s well-tolerated and focuses on binding metals in the gut and interrupting re-circulation via bile. As an IC, it aims to reinforce that gentle, ongoing “sweep”.
How to use: make a single binder complex with those two, imprint a small bottle, and take 50 mL three times a day or small sips throughout the day. Run your Heavy Metal Detox (Rife) session separately (don’t merge PEMF and binder water). Since these are informational signals, strict 3–4-hour spacing from meals/meds isn’t required; if you’re sensitive, leave about 60 minutes for comfort. Hydrate well and keep bowels moving for best results.
can you place the IC pad right on your skin? For example for neuropathy can you place it right on your feet and should you do it twice then? Once for each foot? /
Tip: many people also add one full session over the lower back (L4–S1), where the leg nerves exit. Do this routine once daily for a few weeks and adjust by how you feel.
