Hi, I’ve just upgraded to the IC Glow Pad 3, and it’s fantastic. However I have to manually connect it to my iPad Bluetooth every time, from remembered devices, in the iPad, in settings. It will never connect automatically, even if the connection just drops for a second. My other Bluetooth items do automatically try to reconnect. Do you have any suggestions to have the IC Glow Pad 3 automatically connect when it’s on? Thanks.
Danny Duncan, glad to hear you're enjoying the IC Glow Pad 3! Regarding the Bluetooth connection, the Glow Pad 3 doesn’t have an automatic reconnect feature like some other Bluetooth devices. Each time it turns off or disconnects, it needs to be manually reconnected in your iPad’s settings. You can try to keep other Bluetooth devices off (like earbuds) to reduce disconnections.

Anton SF so, every time I start the glow pad, I have to go into the settings on my device? I have no other Bluetooth devices paired to the iPad. It seems unusual. Thanks as always for your time.

Danny Duncan, yes, currently it should be done this way. Each time you turn On GlowPad you need to go to Bluetooth settings to connect. The data transfer protocol that we chose for our bluetooth module does not allow automatic connection.

Hi, Our cat has gingivostomatitis which means his teeth are rotting I think and he is in pain when he eats. We have been giving him pain killers but it isn’t helping the problem. There is an immune mediated component to it. What could I do with the ICpad that would help or that I could try? Anyone else had this kind of problem?

Christine Sotiriou , we are sorry to hear about your cat - that can be really painful for them. Since gingivostomatitis often has an immune system component and inflammation, here are some ICs that could be helpful to try with the IC Pad:
炎症和疼痛 – to help manage inflammation and relieve pain
免疫系統支持 – to help modulate and strengthen the immune response
抗病毒/抗細菌/抗真菌 – since infections can be part of the issue

銀純露 – you can imprint it into water and either give small amounts in drinking water or apply carefully to the mouth area if your cat tolerates it
You can use PEMF ICs directly on the cat’s body, like near the head or neck (where the pain is), and imprint supportive ICs in water for internal support.
