I am confused here on couple of points.
It says to start transfer with an IC that corresponds with the local time. It make sense. But then the following ones will not correspond, if running one after another. How then whole PEMF works if only the first selected IC is correlated to the proper time frame , and the rest - will not.

Another question: should I move my glowing pad from one position to another over my body to match to the organ of the transfer at a moment( like having it over stomach, then move it to spleen, then to heart …) or just to put it over sternum for the whole time of the transfer?
Please advise, thank you

Hi Irene, yes, it would be good to move IC Pad from one position to another, but you can also place it just on the sternum or stomach area for the whole time.
