IC water three times a day (about 10 ml each time) for at least two weeks, but it’s best to continue for about a week after symptoms stop to prevent relapse. If sneezing is an ongoing issue, you can safely keep using the ICs for one to two months or longer, since they don’t cause overdose. After recovery, you may reduce to one or two times a day for maintenance.
