Circadian rhythm also called the “body’s clock" which sends signals to vital organs when it's time for them to rest or kick into action. The natural cycle of physical, mental, and behaviour changes that the body goes through in a 24-hour cycle. Circadian rhythms are mostly affected by light and darkness and are controlled by a small area in the middle of the brain. They can affect sleep, body temperature, hormones, appetite, and other body functions. Abnormal circadian rhythms may be linked to obesity, diabetes, depression, bipolar disorder, seasonal affective disorder, and sleep disorders such as insomnia.
Circadian cycle signals work by helping to make sure that the body processes are optimized at various points during the 24-hour period, coordinate mental and physical system, digestive and endocrine system. Circadian cycle IC is design to help restore organs at their peak.

Hi Anton, What will happen if I have to stop transfer earlier , before it comes to the end . Let’s say I run it for 1 hour 15 min instead of 2 hours? Will I have some benefits from the selected ic or none at all because not finishing whole time?

Sorry, my mistake . I was thinking each transfer is 2 minutes long. But I just realized it’s 2 hours! But that raises another question. In order to complete whole PEMF I have to be attached to my glowing pad for 24 hours? Can it be used for only one or couple of ICs from whole complex?

Hi Anton I am confused here on couple of points. It says to start transfer with an IC that corresponds with the local time. It make sense. But then the following ones will not correspond, if running one after another. How then whole PEMF works if only the first selected IC is correlated to the proper time frame , and the rest - will not. Another question: should I move... See more
