I am tracking my sleep for the last 6-months using an Oura ring - tracking HRV, Deep, REM, HR and last night I used this PEMF and had the best sleep metric night in a while. Great results on first try.

Hi there. So I’m just wondering while I’m doing a PEMF, is it not suitable to hold an electronic in your hand or near your body (like the phone I’m using to Bluetooth it), just like you can’t have any electronics near your water your imprinting either? Thanks!
