How to apply
- Prioritize imprinted water daily for systemic support: use each selected IC at least 3 times/day, minimum 50 mL (2 oz) each time. Continue for at least 1 week and longer if helping.
- For local ankle relief, if you add a PEMF IC later, apply it directly over the painful/swollen area for targeted effect (red/IR light on Glow Pad is typically best for inflammation).
- Practical tips: use glass if possible (plastic is okay. Avoid metal), keep water below 30ยฐC/86ยฐF, shake water before imprinting (not needed before drinking).
Make the imprinted water your baseline. Onโbody direct, best for PEMF ICs when usedโplace over the ankle.
Monitor for redness, warmth, spreading pain, fever, or if the old sore reopens - seek medical care promptly if any of these occur. For personalized care (especially with recurrent psoriasis flares and ankle swelling), consider checking in with a healthcare professional.

Greetings,ย Iโm looking for ICs that may address two conditions in particular that I have not seen within the IC list:ย
1. Giant cell arteritis (GCA) or Temporal Arteritis as itโs sometimes known, andย
2. Syringomyelia, a CNS condition which can cause a host of secondary issues like spinal stenosis causing neuropathy, decrease in balance, proprioception, range of motion, ringing in the ears, etc.
I havenโt seen a particular IC... See more
