Hi Lauren, thank you for your question! Yes, you can use alcohol solutions. But water content should be at least 50% (i.e. alcohol content should be less than 50%). You can store/use it for 30 days and I suggest wrapping the bottle in aluminum foil after IC Transfer.

Hi Greg - I hope you are well! I am wondering about the IC prednisone for adrenal fatigue. If I take it will it suppress my immune system, and will my adrenals shut down cortisol production? Do I have to avoid taking it long term, and taper off of it? Or because it's in IC form none of that applies? Thank you so much. Natasha
