Does the type of glass used matter? I.e concave/convex base, thicker/thin, are certain grades of glass better or worse? How is one better than the other?

Hi, it is not important what type of glass. If the bottom of the glass is thin, it is better, because water will be closer to the IC Pad (if you use IC Pad).
