Are there any certain specifications the device you're trying to run it on? We have tried on phones, bought tablets and it won't run with the cord. Bluetooth is out of the question need to limit EMF. Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Our Glowpad has stopped responding to one of our devices, an iPhone, but still works fine with our other two devices, a different iPhone and an old iPad. Volume on full, tried logging out and in again, disconnected and reconnected to Bluetooth, nothing is resolving the issue. Can anyone make any other suggestions?

I am having trouble charging my glow pad. The orange light only comes on occasionally if I jiggle the cord just the right way but doesn't stay on. Is this a common problem? I did read one other person having this issue. How long should the glow pad last? I use it every day.

I've had this issue that suddenly started the past two days where certain infoceuticals that I'm trying to run into my IC Glowpad 3 just hang without starting (when I click the play button, the time never starts ticking down and the IC pad never lights up, and reloading the page doesn't help), while if I try other infoceuticals through the IC Glowpad, they work fine, so it's definitely not...
