My IC pad is not working. I have replaced all the audio and charging cables and nothing works. I've tried using phone and computer, IC device is not working. Strangely =, when I charge the IC light (yellow) comes on for a moment then turns off. I've tried run while plugged and charging... nothing works.

Hi Anton, I just noticed my IC Glow pad is cracked. It has not been dropped. The only thing I can think of is I had it in my car for a few minutes (temp outside 46 degrees) then took it inside house at 70 degrees. Could this quick temp change cause a crack in the glass? Is there a warranty on the glow pad?

L'unica cosa che mi viene in mente è che l'ho tenuto in macchina per alcuni minuti (temperatura fuori 46 gradi) e poi l'ho portato in casa a 70 gradi. Will distilled water be ok for a frequency transfer and also use water treated with hydrogen gas (Browns water)?

I updated my iPhone to 15.11. The the audio now stops/transfer stops when the screen shuts off/sleeps. Suggestions?

Can the Glowing IC Pad really imprint into opaque liquids? I have a drink of adaptogenic herbs but I'm wondering if the LEDs are able to penetrate.

Hello, The IC PAD has magnetic components. If water is imprinted and left on the IC PAD for a few minutes, will the information be erased?
