I am having problems with both my ic hummer and pad. The hummer stops producing sound after 34 seconds, even though bluetooth remains connected and the infopathy website continues its process going through the download, so as a back up have used the pad but the sound is so quiet, even with the volume on max, that it is barely audible. So now have two pieces of kit and no way to transmit. I've fully charged the hummer, there are no other bluetooth... Vedi altro

I've fully charged the hummer, there are no other bluetooth devices connected, the settings on my mac for sound show the IC hummer as output, but nothing is coming through. Help !!

Hi! How can you make Infopathy run even when the Iphone locks screen or you try to search smth else on your phone? This was possible before IOS 15 but not anymore., it stops when the screen locks or if I go on a different page or program on my Iphone. Thank you!
Ciao! Come puoi far funzionare Infopathy anche quando lo schermo dell'Iphone si blocca o provi a cercare altro sul tuo telefono? Questo era possibile prima di IOS 15 ma non più, si ferma quando lo schermo si blocca o se vado su una pagina o un programma diverso sul mio Iphone. Grazie!

The cable seems to be fine as the pad beeps and flashes when I press the button to turn on. The pad does nothing when downloading or transferring the IC. Therefore I have no clue if I am actually getting the remedy in my water

Anton : ). It still doesn't work. I was already on Safari, I downloaded Chrome and still doesn't flash or beep on transfer. The volume is at max and the batteries work because it flashes and beeps when I turn it on.

Antonio :). Non funziona ancora. Ero già su Safari, ho scaricato Chrome e ancora non lampeggia né emette un segnale acustico durante il trasferimento. Il volume è al massimo e le batterie funzionano perché lampeggia e suona quando lo accendo.

Anton, I am having the same issue as Emil Hurezeanu. The pad doesn't flash beep during transfer, but will flash and beep when I turn the unit on.

Dear Anton my Glowing IC Pad doesn't light up during the transfer, although In my laptop screen I can notice the frequency line . Is there any problem?
