Are there any certain specifications the device you're trying to run it on? We have tried on phones, bought tablets and it won't run with the cord. Bluetooth is out of the question need to limit EMF. Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Gibt es bestimmte Spezifikationen für das Gerät, auf dem Sie es verwenden möchten? Wir haben es auf Smartphones und Tablets ausprobiert, aber mit dem Kabel funktioniert es nicht. Bluetooth kommt nicht in Frage, da EMF-Emissionen begrenzt werden müssen. Ich freue mich auf Ihre Rückmeldung.

Vraiment très dommage de proposer aucun téléchargement à prendre avec soit dans une grotte par exemple...
Schade eigentlich, dass es keine Downloads gibt, die man zum Beispiel in eine Höhle mitnehmen kann...

Our Glowpad has stopped responding to one of our devices, an iPhone, but still works fine with our other two devices, a different iPhone and an old iPad. Volume on full, tried logging out and in again, disconnected and reconnected to Bluetooth, nothing is resolving the issue. Can anyone make any other suggestions?

Unser Glowpad reagiert nicht mehr auf eines unserer Geräte, ein iPhone, funktioniert aber weiterhin einwandfrei mit unseren beiden anderen Geräten, einem anderen iPhone und einem alten iPad. Lautstärke voll aufgedreht, Ab- und Anmeldung versucht, Bluetooth getrennt und wieder verbunden – nichts löst das Problem. Hat jemand andere Vorschläge?

I am having trouble charging my glow pad. The orange light only comes on occasionally if I jiggle the cord just the right way but doesn't stay on. Is this a common problem? I did read one other person having this issue. How long should the glow pad last? I use it every day.
