Dabrafenib is a drug for the treatment of cancers associated with a mutated version of the gene “BARF”. It may be used alone or with another medicine called Trametinib to treat melanoma (skin cancer). Additionally, when used in combination with Trametinib, it can help treat a type of non-small cell lung cancer.
