Have used this only twice since I found it yesterday, and am cautiously optimistic that it is helping my long covid symptoms. Research is showing that many long covid symptoms are due to dysregulation of the immune system. Wish me luck (it's been 3 1/2 years).

Hello, would the effect differ if I use it in parallel with the immune stressor (e.g. gluten or milk) to which I am allergic or does the point in time only play a minor role?
