7-Mushroom Blend is a mix of medicinal mushrooms. Medicinal mushrooms have been used since ancient times to prevent and treat various diseases as well as recharge the body. thankyou for this blend. How often can I use this..... would it be just once a day.. is it possible to overload the body system by having multiple glasses of water charged with this formula
