Cordyceps is a type of medicinal mushroom that grows on the larvae of insects. It has long been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) as it is a natural energy booster and has antioxidant, anti-aging, and anti-inflammatory properties. There are more than 400 species of cordyceps with Cordyceps Sinensis being one that is most studied for health purposes.
