Hi Anton! My hip injury is 95% better. I used the #2 method and holograms stickers. Do you know if my grounding mat or the red light panel cancels the imprint in the stickers? TIA. Sally

Sally Hung, thank you very much for sharing your experience!Using grounding mats should not have any effect on stickers, but placing stickers (or water) close to electrical equipment, including red lamps, can affect them.

Alfred, the Glowing IC pad should be positioned near or directly on the upper abdominal area where the esophagus and stomach meet. This targets the area most affected by acid reflux and heartburn. Ensure the pad is comfortable and not causing discomfort during the session.
