I just got my IC glow pad and I charged it but there is only a faint light in the middle the side lights aren't working. I saw them flash once when I pugged it in but I think there may be a short in it?

Hi Pam, once you connected Glowing IC Pad with an audio cable and start the transfer, please make sure the audio volume is set to the maximum level on your phone or computer.

This worked but there is one light out on the pad on the left middle side. What should I do?

Hi Pam, it is okay if 1 or even 2 LEDs not working or are partially or even fully covered with herbs. IC Pad is designed with that in mind as it is a random process to have some LEDs covered by herb. When we pour liquid resin with herbs and it positions in its own way. IC Pad has enough LEDs and their intensity to compensate for that.
