I tried it for the first time yesterday. I downed the first glass in one go. Half an hour later, all of my upper muscle tension was gone. Can I do it twice a day?

ka,yes, you can drink Imprint ICs multiple times during the day. Start with 2-3 and later can try more. It's essential to listen to your body and adjust as needed.
