I used this at the start of another sciatic episode which usually lasts for at least 2 weeks of intermittent agony.  Im really happy to report that, although I had another day of symptoms after use, it just went away.  Absolutely amazing for that to happen. Ive been a lifelong sufferer of sciatica so it's a really big deal. Thank you for helping me drop the pain of this awful affliction caused by a childhood injury.

Crystal  Hi Crystal, I used it about 3 times daily for a week or so, but noticed some relief after a few days so I just continued.  If I feel that an episode is niggling, I simply apply and it goes away before it takes hold.

Can this IC help with a benign inner ear tumor, "Acoustic Neuroma" or also known as a Vestibular Schwannoma? Any recommendations on IC's that would be helpful?

Billie Ann McDonald, because an acoustic neuroma grows slowly on the vestibular portion of the 8แต—สฐ cranial nerve, the main complementary goals are to (1) quiet the tumourโ€™s metabolism, (2) strengthen surrounding nerve tissue, and (3) keep local inflammation low.
Hereโ€™s a simple protocol you can run for six to eight weeks, then reassess.

Infopathy Team thank you!! I will try this. I will follow up after my next MRI which should be scheduled for August/September so this will work out very timely. I actually have bi-lateral acoustic neuromas- one in each ear :( sadly. I had surgery on my right ear in 2021, which resulted in complete hearing loss (nerve severed) & facial paralysis on right side (nerve compressed). I've made a lot of progress since then. However,... How is that supposed to sound? It makes a kind of buzzing noise for me. Both on my computer and on my phone.
Thanks!

Martina Haslinger , Audible ICs come in two styles:

  1. Raw-frequency tracks โ€“ like the โ€œHealing the Coronary Veinsโ€ IC. They play the encoded frequencies straight, so your ears pick them up as a steady hum or buzz.

  2. Melodic or toning tracks โ€“ the same frequencies are layered under gentle music, binaural beats, or Solfeggio tones, making them sound more pleasant.

You can listen to this IC while playing other music in the... See more
