Michele Vale , here are the ICs that can help:
5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) : Helps reduce sugar cravings by supporting serotonin and improving mood.
AMPK Activator : Helps stabilize blood sugar, reduce hunger swings, and improve metabolism.

Use for about 2 weeks, taking each IC 3 times a day and drinking 50 ml (2 oz) of imprinted water each time.

I am travelling internationally. Could you tell me the battery wattage for the Glowing IC Pad 3 please. Has anyone had experience with taking the device in carry on luggage?

i donโ€™t know the wattage & will wait for the team to chime in.  i travel constantly with it in my carryon - domestic within the US, in many different airports. it looks and acts like an LED flashlight. nobody has ever even asked to look at it.

ย Ali, the Glowing IC Pad 3 has a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery rated at 3.7V, 1500 mAh (about 5.55 Wh), which is well within airline safety limits for carry-on electronics. Many users have traveled internationally with this device in their carry-on luggage without any problems. Itโ€™s treated like a small electronic accessory and poses no issue at airport security.
