Hi Lisa, please use a USB cable for charging and an Audio cable for transferring ICs. You can watch a short video and instructions on this page: https://www.infopathy.com/en/tutorials/devices?show=glowing
Make sure the audio volume is set to maximum level After you start the transfer. During the transfer, you should not hear a sound and IC Pad should glow blue. You can try Happy Water complex as a first choice: https://www.infopathy.com/en/combinations/happy-water-11
