Hi lilfish, there is no risk drinking too much of any ICs. During the day water consumption should be your normal amount, for example 1-2 litters or day or so.

Hi Pamela, if you would like to transfer few ICs into one glass, you need to create a personal complex that will include all of those ICs and transfer complex in "all at once" mode.
